Climatology is generally expected, except for local areas in central Mozambique, northeastern Zambia, northern and southern Angola, Swaziland, and southern South Africa, where there is a low tilt in the odds favoring above average rainfall. There is also a low tilt in the odds favoring below average rainfall locally over northwestern Mozambique and eastern Angola.
