There is an increased chance for below average rainfall over southern Mozambique and [arts of the north, most areas in Malawi, local areas in southeastern Zambia, southern Zimbabwe, northwestern South Africa, western Botswana, most areas in Namibia, and local areas in southeastern and northeastern Angola. There is an increased chance for above average rainfall over parts of northern Mozambique, portions of eastern South Africa, southern Botswana, local areas in Namibia and northwestern Angola.
