There is an increased chance for below average rainfall over central Madagascar, along the central coast of Mozambique as well as the southern and northwestern sectors, eastern Zimbabwe, eastern and southern Zambia, local areas in southern Angola, much of Namibia, western Botswana, and portions of northwestern South Africa. There is an increased chance for above average rainfall in local areas over northeastern and central Mozambique.
