The forecast calls for an increased chance for above average rainfall along the east coast of South Africa, local areas in north central South Africa and south central Botswana, north central Namibia, southern Angola, and locally along the northeast coast of Mozambique. There is an increased chance for below average rainfall locally over central Malawi and southern Madagascar.
