The outlook for Jan-Mar 2007 southern Africa rainfall at one month lead shows a tilt in the odds favoring below average rainfall across southern Angola, Namibia, western Botswana, and western South Africa. There is a slight tilt in the odds favoring below normal rainfall in local areas in northeastern South Africa, southern, central, and northern Mozambique, central Malawi, northern Zimbabwe, and southern Madagascar.
