There is a low to moderate tilt in the odds favoring below average rainfall over portions of western Sahel, including local areas in southern Mauritania, southeastern Senegal, western Mali, and locally over southern Burkina Faso. There is a low tilt in the odds favoring above average rainfall over central and southern Chad. Climatology is expected elsewhere.
