There is an increased chance for below average rainfall in the northern areas of the Gulf of Guinea region, including Guinea, Cote d.Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, and Benin. There is also an increased chance for below average rainfall over central Nigeria. Climatology is expected elsewhere.
