There is a moderate increased chance for below average rainfall locally over southeastern Cote d<92>Ivoire, southern Ghana, and southeastern Nigeria. Further to the north, the forecast calls for an increased chance for above average rainfall over southeastern Guinea, the northern half of Cote d<92>Ivoire, central Ghana, as well as western Liberia. Climatology is expected elsewhere.
